Gyoza

Gyoza of Fukuya at Festival Mall

Here's the one of my favorite Chinese  food, Gyoza, a japanese styled dumplings. This blog will show to you how I am making it.

Ingredients:
200 grams  ground pork/beef
cabbage
onion leeks/spring onion
red onion
garlic
ginger (optional)
sake or (vinegar)
sesame oil
salt and pepper
soy sauce
dumpling wrapper

This is my ingredients for my Gyoza.. Up to you if you want to use another. Sake can be found at Japanese grocery stores or if not, you can use other like vinegar or just leave it its fine. :P

Procedure:

Cut some cabbage, onion leeks, red onion, garlic in a very small pieces. Mix it with that ground pork of beef  together in one large bowl.

Combine all ingredients together then put the sake, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and sesame oil.
Mix it all very well so that the flavor and ingredients will be even.

To make gyoza already. Get the dumpling wrapper and put a one teaspoon of filling. Make sure its even.
Then moisten the edge so that the both side will stick together.. Use circle wrapper is better than square.. Fold the side of the wrapper for 4-5x then sealed it. then you can check at Google for how to fold the side of gyoza.

How to cook:
Put cooking oil in your pan and place the gyoza. When the bottom of it already brown. Put some water  a half of the pan or half of the height of your gyoza. Wait til the  water gone and your gyoza is done.

For dipping:
Soy Sauce
Calamansi
Chili
Sesame Oil

My Flappy Bird Review #farkingbird

Actually ganito kasi yun, naintriga lang and how i started playing this game..
First of all... I usually play browser games like this online mmorpg, rpg,strategy game, Chinese based games etc.. I don't play Fb games anymore, I am also annoyed by fb games invitations notifications. LOL
 

But then, I was curious what is the "flappy bird" that they are talking about in facebook, they said, "try this game, so fun!" and then I download it using my phone (play store) .. O yeah !! Wooo not big mb(megabytes) that will kill my memory. Then I started play. It was tap tap tap the screen only, I am not yet seeing this  GREEN FARKING BARRIERS OR BLOCK OR WATEVER YOU CALL IT, the bird already spank his own head to the ground. SCORE = 0. LOL my first score was 0. -_-

Heart Broken! I just tried this game for  fun if I'm bored..Then I tried again, In 1 hour, I made this

HOHOHO! What now??!!!

Then I tweet it and put at my instagram account. And I am proud what!? Hahahaha, then I visit my  Facebook and searching hashtags for flappybird. I felt so stupid in playing this game, I keep shouting  "fark this", "OMG", "I hate this! Don't want to play anymore." HAHAHAHA...when you read all the  posts there you will see  score 30, 50, 100 ++ But mine, 3??!!! o_O -_- I am depressed. (sigh)

The  Highest scores so far that I saw is

LOL seriously how did you manage to relax your fingers,hands,mind,heart,body,soul, eyes and your breathing while saying "if you hit your head  in any of this block I'm gonna throw my phone!! farking you!" Hahahahaha. Well.. Amazing then..

Oh well.. I got bored again, done playing "my game". And I'm still not sleepy, it's already around 12 am..Then I tried again.. Haha! After 2 hours of trying.. Tentenenenen!!!

CLAP! CLAP! CLAP!!!. (x_x) That's my best score so far.. So stupid lol -_- I want to delete it but I still want to try and try again. HAHA!

I know this game will suddenly became famous in app stores because it's a  crazy game.

Well masakit sa ulo minsan, kasi nakakapikon naman talaga kapag  lagi ka nalang nahuhulog  o nauuntog. Worth trying. Dahan dahan lang baka maihagis yung phone! ^_^

Ginger or Lemongrass?

When my mom cooking Tinola (soup based dish from Philippines), I noticed She used Lemongrass (Tanglad) So I was thinking.. "Oh this one taste good!" Tanglad also can imitate the taste of ginger. As I know  I really love lemongrass in food because of the aroma and the extinct flavor it brings to the food as like as natural taste of the food. My mom said, "I also put ginger but few only cos we are lacking spices here already so I used  tanglad." She said. So I really agree that Tanglad rocks to this dish also. (As we know Tanglad is a mix of Lemon and Ginger. That's why it's taste better.  LOL) I know some people know about this, but I just wanted to share the feeling. :P

Difference of Ginger and Lemongrass

Ginger taste is distinct.. A minimal bitter taste.
Herbal uses: cold, cough, fever, and sore throat remedy. also used for lowering cholesterol levels and nausea.

Lemongrass taste is a mixture of lemon and ginger. Strong and dominant flavor.
Herbal uses: the leaves and it's oil can make medicine. used for treating digestive tract spasms, stomachache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, achy joints (rheumatism), fever, the common cold, and exhaustion. It is also used to kill germs and as a mild astringent.

Some people apply lemongrass and its essential oil directly to the skin for headache, stomachache, abdominal pain, and muscle pain.

It's not hard to love again.. Whether your priorities before or after you hurt is to be rich, earn money, be satisfied, buy all you want, still in the end, Love will conquer everything.

As well as the father and son relationship, even though not in good terms, A father will always be a father that will love his children no matter what happen.. They only always wanted you to be a successful man someday and a very good person  Blood still thicker than water. A loving parents will never let you down.

And so..
Even though, You lost him now,  no one can know, time passes, love takes time. It's okay to correct mistakes, but be sure you know what you really wanted now.

I really like this drama, with satisfying ending. At the middle, I thought Se Kyung will became a really gold digger and will only realize that he really love seung Jo in the end.. But She never knew She love him already before he know that he's a super rich hot guy! Well, I just don't like some twist happen about her and Seung Jo, just because of the farking guy who video her and Seung Jo's Ex. LOL.

So don't forget that, Love is not all about money..

Sungkyunkwan Scandal is set in Sungkyunkwan University in the late Joseon era during the reign of King Jeongjo, revolving around the exploits and love stories of four youths. I like how this storyline made great, from the start, middle, then,  while im watching this drama, in the middle story i thought Dae Mul will fall in Love to Yoo ah In that she will remember that He's the one who save her before. A protector of her, but sad he got heartbroken in the end. :( Huhuhu. or Joong Ki  aka Gu Yong Ha, the ultimate fashionista wearing flamboyant and ornate outfits, He is the one that always tease her. -_-

Anyway it's just the ending im not satisfied. What happen after all? I thought Dae Mul will became a  real lady inside the SungKyunKwan. Hehehe!

Deh, I don't want to be a    spoilers      here. Just watch it :P

Actually I don't like the leading man of  Dae Mul, cos I am Yoo Ah In and Soong Joong Ki fan :P sorry! lol
You can fall in love watching this comedy drama ^_^
